REACT was pleased to be part of a multi-day, Philadelphia-area visit from leaders in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region in France to celebrate 10 years of partnership between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. The tour included a reception at City Hall on November 29, 2016 and a visit to learn more about Penn’s REACT on December 1, 2016.
