Congratulations to David Ring for receiving recognition for Best presentation among the 27 final presentations of the GIANT International Internship Program participants and to Ted Trigg and Tagbo Niepa for honorable mentions! As part of the final week of the program, fellows Stephanie Barrow, Tagbo Niepa, David Ring and Edward (Ted) Trigg, along with undergraduates Gabe Angrand, Alena Klindziuk (Bryn Mawr College), Eric Schwartz, Brent Studenroth (Villanova) and Robert Tannebaum shared their research and PIRE experiences with visitors from NSF (Sonia Ortega, Anthony Gipson), the US Senate Committee on Appropriations (Allen Cutler) and US Consulate in Lyon (Victor Vitelli). Fellows and students also created their final video highlighting some of their summer experiences.
